As a wine producer from Mendoza, I was drawn to this hotel for its prime location amidst the valleys-first for convenience, but ultimately, I was left with mixed feelings. While I appreciate the free parking and reliable Wi-Fi, which are great for travelers wanting to stay connected, I found the owner's lack of attentiveness to our requests disappointing. The flat-screen TV and well-equipped kitchen area showed potential for a cozy stay, but missed opportunities for a personal touch dulled the overall experience. The ambiance was somewhat affected by noise from the outside, indicating that the soundproofed rooms might not be as advertised. Ultimately, while the hotel offers certain amenities aligning with luxury, the value is harder to gauge without adequate service.
